TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All goods remain the property of 1stKidsWholsale/Raifashions until items have been fully paid for.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at our discretion.
PRICE
Displayed prices are in Pounds Sterling.
The price quoted excludes VAT (unless otherwise stated).
VAT where applicable will be charged at the current rate as at the time of delivery.

Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applicable at time of delivery.
At any time before delivery we may adjust the price to reflect any increase in our costs of supplying the goods.
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed.
Delivery to most parts of the UK is usually next day and delivery to Europe is from 3 days
Should any items be out of stock then the customer will be notified and they can choose an alternative item or opt for a partial refund for the item.
You may not cancel your order if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched
We may deliver the goods in instalments depending on what you are ordering.
Delivery will be made ONLY to the delivery address as stated by method of payment.
Should customers want delivery to a different address other than billing address, customers should kindly add a new delivery address to their chosen method of payment when making payment.
PAYMENT
Payment is strictly by PayPal, Google Checkout Or Bank Transfer on our website.
You may pay by debit/credit card or cash in our showroom.
We STRICTLY DO NOT OFFER CREDIT.
Orders will ONLY be processed after payment has been received.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All goods are subject to availability at the time of placing the order.
We cannot guarantee supply of any of the stock at the time of placing the order.
Where a customer cannot be contacted as a result of incorrect telephone contact number and non reply of emails sent, if an item ordered be out of stock, a similar replacement will be dispatched with their order for the same value.
If the customer does not agree with the replacement we provide, they can return it to us (please see the refund/exchange rules below)
Also, should an order which is above £250 which qualifies for the free delivery we offer to most parts of the UK be less than £250 due to non availability of a product(s), the full shipping price of £6.99 will be charged.
REFUND/EXCHANGE OF FAULTY GOODS
Good worn, washed and mishandled cannot be exchanged.
Faulty goods will be replaced on an exchange basis and must be returned within 3 days at Buyer’s cost with our authorisation.
The only time a return will be accepted for goods that are not faulty is where we sent an alternative of what a customer ordered, due to the ordered item not being in stock.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the stock.
A refund will be made should customer decline an exchange
All items purchased from us are classed as “ready made garments”, made to a manufacturer’s specification, therefore we do not accept return of goods that the customer does not like, or where the customer does not agree with the measurements of an item, (unless sizes are specified at the time of ordering).
COMPLAINTS
Should we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly.
This we will do confidentially and effectively.
