This is strictly Trade Only Website. We do not sell direct to consumers.

  • There is a minimum spend of £50 per order.
  • Please note that this site is for trade customers only. We supply registered businesses not general public.
  • Goods are supplied under strict condition that all chainstore labels and markings are removed before resale, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company name is printed on the sales invoice.
  • Carriage and Vat are not included on the order when you place it. These will be added where applicable to your final invoice.
  • Please note that stock is subject to availability and stock levels can change at any time.
  • On placing an order you will receive an automatic email order acknowledgement.
  • Once we have received your order, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the order, including any changes in stock availability and/or pricing, and inform you of the total cost including shipping and VAT (where applicable).
  • Goods will not be dispatched until full and cleared payment has been received. All goods remain the property of until paid for in full.
  • The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
  • We may contact you by phone regarding your order or to take credit/debit card details for payment/refund.
  • We may also email you with matters in relation to your order.
  • Third parties will come in contact with some of your data where necessary to fulfil your order, (like postal couriers, payment providers, shippers/forwarders and parcel brokers).
  • For export orders where you are using your own shippers/forwarders, we will forward a copy of your invoice to them for customs purposes and/or to obtain proof of export documents for HMRC.
  • Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be informed to us in writing within 2 working days of you receiving the goods: your claim will not be recognised if you fail to inform us after this time.
  • Payments made, for items pre ordered & then reserved by us, will not be refunded, if subsequently a customer changes their mind.
